Dance Coaching and Classes
As the Director of A.P Dance Collaborations, Abigail Pillans brings a wealth of professional dance experience to her coaching practice. Having performed in prestigious Ballets such as Swan Lake and Giselle, and original contemporary works, Abigail offers expert guidance to dancers of all levels. Specializing in Cecchetti Classical Ballet, Contemporary styles and Choreography her coaching helps dancers refine their technique and artistry for competitions, performances, and auditions.
As a Stott Trained Pilates instructor, she also offers strength and flexibility training for injury prevention and enhanced performance.
Abigail provides private and shared coaching sessions via Zoom and in-person, depending on location.

Elegance and Flow ~ Adult Ballet Barre Class
Elegance and flow is designed for adults of all ages, offers a graceful and uplifting way to exercise both mind and body. Set in The Centre in Petersfield, a wellness hub in the heart of town, the class focuses on mobilizing and strengthening the body without the intensity of a traditional workout. Ballet is an excellent practice for improving coordination, balance, and confidence, helping you feel elegant and energized. Beyond movement, this class aims to bring like-minded people together, fostering a sense of community and uplifting each other’s week in a supportive and welcoming environment.
If you're looking for a New Year's resolution, this class is the perfect new hobby to pick up! Starting on 9th January, classes will be held every Thursday, with a week’s break after every 6-week block. Classes cost £12 per session and are booked in blocks of 6 (£72 per block), giving you a manageable and rewarding routine to follow.
